About Sell Contact Center Data to AI

This site is run by people who read contact center platforms' and AI agent vendors' terms through their own document reader, keep a copy of each quoted page, and answer every enquiry themselves.

What this site is for

Interaction data sits inside platform contracts and, for outsourcers, inside client contracts too. Reading the platform clauses with the monitoring and service-provider rules shows what is left to license before anyone negotiates.

Who uses it

Owners and operations directors of contact centers, in-house or outsourced, running calls, chats and AI agents on rented platforms, who want to know what part of that record an AI buyer would license.

Inside this site

This site answers one question, "sell contact center data to ai", with a quote form you can use straight away, no account. It adds 4 guides on the questions people ask next. It also publishes a data table to cite (figures and method here) alongside the sources it draws on.

Where it stops

  • We never score a platform; a row repeats its own sentence and our one-word reading.
  • We never collect interaction logs, recordings or customer details through the form.
  • We never contact a platform named on the board about an enquiry.

Who is responsible

Joseph Ellul-Turner, Director.

Talk to us

For anything about the site, see Contact or email enquiries@sellcontactcenterdatatoai.com. Our Terms and Privacy pages set out the legal detail.

None of the platforms here paid for a place or was told we were reading its terms, and the site carries no affiliate links. A row is our reading of a published document and not advice on your own agreement. How the site earns: if an operator licenses data to a buyer we introduced, it pays us 12.5% of that deal, subject to a minimum, where we are its exclusive agent, or 10%, subject to a minimum, where its data is sold alongside others'; the terms are agreed in writing before anything starts, and any fee a buyer pays us reduces what the operator owes.
